Why Not Rather Be Wronged? Part 2 of 3

The ache in your soul is probably not because of the wrongs others have done to you.  Rather, it’s probably because of your unwillingness to forgive those wrongs as the Lord has forgiven you.

You think it’s wrong for someone to mistreat you?  It is.  But it’s also wrong for you to harbor bitterness and unforgiveness in your heart toward those who have mistreated you.

Recognize unforgiveness for what it is: a sin!  Shed it.  Be rid of it.  It’s like battery acid to your soul.

Forgive others just as Christ has forgiven you.  It’s the right thing to do.

Bible notes on this post.

The purpose of this blog is to proclaim Jesus Christ to those who want to hear about Him without having to join a church – or anything else – but Him.
