The term “son of God” can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it can be used as a way to say that someone is like God. To the Jews, however, it was a special designation of the Messiah: He was “the Son of God.” That is the meaning I want to emphasize today.
Jesus was truly like God. He was the very image of God. And He was dramatically confirmed as Israel’s Messiah – and therefore as the Son of God – when He was raised from the dead three days after His crucifixion and death.
Would you like to be like God? Then imitate the Son of God. No one can see God, but anyone can read the New Testament and see the Son of God.
Our faith is to be in this Son of God – Jesus of Nazareth.
Look to the Son of God…now and always. He is certainly looking at you.

The purpose of this blog is to proclaim Jesus Christ to those who want to hear about Him without having to join a church – or anything else – but Him.
