The Apostles Delivered Us a Faith, Not an Institution

The apostles of Jesus Christ came to have faith in Jesus Christ.  They delivered that faith to us…at the cost of their lives.

The apostles did not leave us an institution.  That is to say, they did not leave us the church or churches.  It was not their intent to leave us an organization to join.  Rather, they intended to leave us a faith whereby we would join the Lord to live with Him and for Him all the days of our lives.

Jesus Christ is alive and is now filling the heavens and the earth.  He is not far from you – no matter where you are.

Call on His name and receive His faith.  If you receive His faith, you can find and enter His kingdom.  That is far, far better than joining any human organization.

Bible notes on this post.

The purpose of this blog is to praise Jesus Christ for those who want to hear about Him without having to join a church.

Outstanding thoughts! I shared them with my fellow Christians at church.
