Everyone Belongs to God

Jesus Christ died for the sins of the whole world.  He gave His life a ransom for all.  Therefore, all of humanity belongs to Him.

Stop dividing up people in your mind, saying, “This one belongs to God, and that one does not.”  Everyone belongs to God (that is, not just Christians, but Muslims, Hindus, atheists, agnostics – everyone).

People do vary in their obedience to God.  You yourself vary in your obedience to Him.  But there is no variation in our belongingness to Him.

Do not aid people in their execution of evil, but otherwise treat others as worthy of your service.

All of us entered this world by His hand and we will leave it by His hand.  As He brought us to earth without our aid, so He will bring us to heaven without our aid.

Not everyone knows that they belong to God.  Not everyone acts as if they belong to God.  But everyone belongs to God.  Therefore, treat them as belonging to God.  Repent of doing otherwise.

The purpose of this blog is to provide information about Jesus Christ to those who want to hear about Him without having to join a church or any other group.

    Completely incoherent.

Could you be more specific? I can’t tell whether you mean that you don’t agree with what you read or that you don’t understand what you read.

  2. Susanne Schuberth (Germany) says:

‘Not everyone knows that they belong to God.’

I can’t explain why but my life which is not my own belongs to Him.

Even if there are things in my life I can’t control, and if I am not enraptured by His Love every time because of some hangover 😉 – I know He is even closer than I can feel my breath. Constantly.

  3. Mary says:

Yes …I see what you’re saying ‘the earth is the Lords and everything in it’ Ps 24:1

Also to elaborate …’The Lord knows those who are His ‘2 Tim 2:19// ‘my sheep hear my voice & scriptures on being adopted as His children from darkness to light; ‘to them He gave the power to be called sons of God’ & many more…

Maybe you mean we are all His but there are those who receive Him as their God & are no longer ‘under the influence of the evil one’ ?
As we know Jesus came, to seek & save that which was lost…
Maybe you mean God forgave us ALL through Jesus but it’s up to us to receive His forgiveness?

He sure loves the whole world …
I think I see what you are saying …it does make sense …just clarifying

    Peace ..Thank you

    As Paul said:

“…we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers.” – 1 Timothy 4:10
